1. Eligibility Requirements

Quality Issues: Defects (e.g., cracked ceramic, loose wall decor hardware) require clear photos/videos for verification.
Wrong/Missing Items: Provide order screenshots and product comparison photos to confirm errors (e.g., wrong size floor vase).

Request: Email pennyblondie2001@yahoo.com with your order number, item type, reason for return/exchange, and supporting proof.
Approval: We’ll respond within 2 business days. Approved requests receive a return address (our Jacksonville hub: 7868 Morse Ave, Jacksonville Florida 32244, or nearby warehouse) and a unique return ID (must be marked on the package).
Ship Back: Send items within 7 days. Use protective packaging (bubble wrap, rigid boxes) for fragile decor to avoid transit damage.
Finalization: We inspect returns within 3-5 days. Eligible exchanges ship in 48 hours; refunds process in 3-5 business days.

Quality/Wrong Items: We cover round-trip shipping (reimburse up to $25 via logistics receipt). For minor defects (e.g., small paint chips), we may issue a partial refund without requiring a return.
Personal Reasons: You pay return shipping. A 7% restocking fee (based on the item’s original price) applies to returns (covers packaging and inspection costs).
Ineligible Items: Used, damaged-in-transit (due to poor packaging), or unboxed fragile decor will be refused; you’re responsible for return shipping.
