1. Account Registration
- Provide accurate details (name, email, etc.) when signing up. Update info promptly if it changes (e.g., new shipping address for floor decor).
- You’re responsible for your account password. Notify us immediately of unauthorized activity (e.g., unrecognized wall accent orders) to secure your account.
2. Orders & Payment
- After payment, we review orders (check stock: e.g., ceramic desktop ornaments, metal wall decor) within 2 business days. Orders are confirmed once shipped.
- Prices are final at checkout. We accept credit cards, PayPal, etc. Failed payments require verification; unpaid orders are canceled automatically after 48 hours.
- No cancellations for personal reasons post-confirmation (unless out of stock). Forced cancellations incur a 10% fee (covers packaging/prep for fragile items).
3. Products & Shipping
- Product details (material, dimensions, weight) follow the product page. Minor variations (e.g., 1-2cm size difference in woven floor baskets) are normal.
- Shipping adheres to our Shipping Policy. Provide a complete delivery address—our facility (7868 Morse Ave, Jacksonville Florida 32244) is not for delivery. A $8 re-shipping fee applies for wrong addresses.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: 30-day returns (unused, original packaging intact); 15-day exchanges for quality issues (e.g., cracked ceramic, loose wall decor hardware).
- Costs: We cover shipping for quality/wrong items. For personal reasons (e.g., style regret), you pay return shipping + a 7% restocking fee.
- Ineligible Items: Used, damaged, or unboxed fragile decor (e.g., glass ornaments) are not accepted.
5. Liability & Updates
- We’re liable for product defects but not for damage from misuse (e.g., dropped desktop ornaments, improper wall decor installation).
- Terms may update—changes are posted on our site. Continued shopping signifies acceptance.
