We ship to 80+ countries/regions worldwide, including the U.S. mainland, major European nations (UK, Germany, France), Asia-Pacific (Japan, Australia), and key South American areas. Remote locations (e.g., remote islands, conflict zones) are excluded—you’ll get a checkout alert if ineligible.
2. Fulfillment & Delivery
  • Hub Location: Orders ship from our Jacksonville, Florida facility (7868 Morse Ave, Jacksonville Florida 32244) or partner overseas warehouses.
  • Timeline: 3-5 business days for U.S./European core regions; 7-12 business days for remote areas. Customs clearance may add 1-3 days—track real-time progress via your order link.
  • Special Packaging: Fragile items (e.g., ceramic desktop ornaments, glass wall decor) use bubble wrap + rigid boxes; large floor decor (e.g., woven baskets) uses reinforced packaging to prevent deformation.
3. Shipping Fees
  • Free standard shipping worldwide on orders over $75 (applies to all decorative pieces).
  • Orders under
    5 (U.S. mainland),
    10 (Asia-Pacific), $15 (other regions) (includes protective packaging costs).
  • Express Shipping (near-warehouse areas only):
    20 extra for 1-3 business days delivery—select “Express” at checkout.
4. Tracking & Support
A tracking number is emailed once your order ships. Check status in “My Orders” or via carriers (DHL/USPS). For delays (over 3 days) or damaged items, email pennyblondie2001@yahoo.com with photos for assistance.
